Aluminum Heavy Duty signs are printed on a sturdy, rust-proof 0.080 inch aluminum for maximum outdoor or indoor durability. Available in a variety of sizes with round corners, straight corners or contour cutting; drill holes or standoff hardware optional. Common uses include parking signs, traffic signs, factory and warehouse notifications, directional signage and more.
Our Aluminum Heavy Duty Signs contain a white surface on both sides. We currently offer the following options: 3/8" Drill Hole with hole placement 1 inch from each corner, Round or Straight Corners, Contour Cuts and 5/8" X 1" Stand Off hardware. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Sizes offered range from 4" X 4" - 46" X 36. UV cured inks are used to print directly on to the surface of the Aluminum making the product last longer outdoors.
Recommended file resolution for non-vector images: 150 PPI (at full scale)

Required Bleed: Include 0.5 extra inches on all sides of the design
